Cask & Ale has been a staple in the Downtown Sarasota scene since 2017, serving craft cocktails & creative cuisine in a lively atmosphere. We make all of our cocktail garnishes and simple syrups in house. Our bartenders follow the seasons, creating cocktails that highlight the best that each season has to offer.
